For the over 60,000 Vancouver commuters crossing the I-5 Bridge, in the stop and go traffic each day, Tim Leavitt has a new billboard for them to read.

Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt told KOIN 6 News last Thursday that in the few days since the billboard went up — south of the bridge — he has received “a ton” of positive feedback.

The billboard is directed at people who either shop or work in Oregon. Perhaps the citizens claiming Leavitt “Sold us out to Oregon” with the C-Tran/Tri-Met backdoor deal aren’t far off.

The sign claims that Mayor Tim Leavitt “is on your side”, but his sign is physically in Oregon.
