Michael Ennis is the Director of WPC’s Center for Transportation. Before joining Washington Policy Center, he worked for the Washington State Senate and House of Representatives and was formerly a staff assistant for U.S. Senator Slade Gorton. In this interview, Ennis draws parallels between C-Tran’s potential future and Sound Transit’s current financial troubles. He refers to the study “Citizens’ Guide to Clark County Proposition 1 (Vancouver Light Rail)” that was completed in September 2012.
