It has been three generations since accurate history was taught in our public schools regarding the American form of government, says Michael J. Chapman. He is the featured speaker at We The People on Friday, Mar. 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cascade Middle School.

Chapman’s film American’s Censored Heritage will be shown at the event. Chapman believes that American liberty is being deliberately undermined through the National Standards movement and his film captures evidence from today’s popular textbooks of censorship, and rewritten history meant to direct children to politically correct thinking.

America’s Censored Heritage by Michael Chapman will be shown on Friday.

Chapman’s film also unearths founding-era documents and early American textbooks to support his message.

In his presentation, Chapman will drive home the point that education should focus on gaining knowledge in order to maintain liberty. He further defines that the goal should be, “To create a seamless system of education and workforce preparation for all learners tied to the needs of a competitive economic marketplace.”

Many Americans may be uninformed or misinformed about U.S. history and may not know whether the classroom is teaching an altered view of it. Event host We The People encourages concerned parents and citizens to become informed about what is being taught in the public schools and also what is being censored from public education.
