Ray and his wife, Autumn, travel to Oregon, Western Washington, California and parts of Nebraska teaching workshops to help others improve their relationships. Part of their work is training other couples to become MarriageTeam coaches.
While the majority of coaching is done “couple-to-couple in private homes,” technology options such as Skype, for long distance coaching, “has proven to be just as effective as in-person coaching,” says Al Ray.
